Summary: We had a partial ocean view. The room was clean. We weren’t able to take advantage of the resort attributes based on our schedule. Parking was covered. Resort fee is $35/day and parking $55/day so figure that into the daily rate. Hotel located a 15 minute walk from restaurants and shopping.

Summary: I had a room by the pool. I have come to this hotel many times and will continue to do so as it is close to my parents’ house. That being said, I always have a hard time with tiny bugs swarming all over the bathroom floor and/or the bathroom counter after it has been dark there for a long period of time. Also, there are not nearly enough trash cans in the room. Just one small one out in the large space and the same in the bathroom. Fine for an overnight stay but not for four days!…esp in the bedroom trash can as my family had lunch brought in on a few days! We had to smash the trash down! But again, I WILL be back. 🙃

Summary: I must start with how amazing the staff is! Super helpful and knowledgeable! The room was as described and felt very spacious with a separate sitting area. The view of the ocean was lovely! The mattress was on the softer side, but not uncomfortable. The room was clean and air conditioned (it was a hot day so very grateful for this). The underground garage had plenty of parking and had steps leading up to the guest rooms which made luggage transport a breeze. The pool is salt water, not chlorine. The hotel sits between 2 busy roads, but it was quiet overnight and in the morning. It is a half mile walk downhill to the main beach and town, though there are places to eat nearby. The trolley runs in the summer and is free. The complimentary wine and cookie were delicious. This hotel is very accommodating! I arrived 3 hours early and they checked in since my room was ready. They also allowed me to remain parked in the garage after checkout for a few hours so I could stay in town longer. If you need a beach chair or other items, they have items to borrow. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Summary: Truly one of the best boutique hotels we've stayed at. Every hotel should be equipped with their amazingly comfortable king size bed. Room was super clean and every staff member was super kind and professional. Would love to stay there again:)

Summary: Great location and of course that’s why the price is so high, but it is showing its age, especially the pool. Overall had a nice stay, however. Very nice to have covered parking

Summary: Loved my stay to Laguna Beach House, it was a great little except for my dog & I. Amazing location, just a couple blocks from the beach but didn't feel too busy. Enjoyed laying by the pool, its small but got lucky that there were only a couple people.
